Help

Step-by-step guides for TV onair+ and TV onair+ mobile — from first setup to troubleshooting. Articles are added continuously around launch.

Getting started

Connecting a portal

TV onair+ is a player that connects to the IPTV portal you already have. Three formats are supported:

  • Stalker portal — enter the portal host address, username, and password.
  • Xtream Codes API — enter the host, username, and password.
  • M3U playlists — register an M3U URL or file.

Use the connection details (host address, account) issued by the IPTV provider you signed up with. Enter them in the app's add-portal screen and your channels, VOD, and series load automatically.

Pairing a device with a QR code

Instead of typing a long portal URL on a TV remote, you can pair a new device by generating a QR code on a device that is already set up.

  1. On the device with a working portal, open the device pairing (QR) menu.
  2. Scan the QR code shown on screen with the app on the new device.
  3. Once approved, the portal setup is applied to the new device as-is.

Pairing data is only delivered to devices you explicitly approve.

Creating an account (optional)

You can use the app without an account by storing portals on your device only.

If you create one (email sign-up or Google · Apple sign-in), your portals, watch history, and settings are stored in the cloud so the same environment follows you across devices. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Watching

Checking the program guide (EPG)

Open the guide in the Live TV screen to see what's on now, what's next, and full channel schedules. Program information in the guide is provided by the IPTV portal you connect.

Using Picture-in-Picture

When you leave the app for the home screen or another app, TV onair+ mobile keeps playing in a small PIP window. Tap the window to return to the app.

PIP is available in the mobile app. If it doesn't appear, allow picture-in-picture for the app in your device settings.

Setting sports reminders

Browse upcoming matches in the Sports menu and set a reminder to get notified before the event starts.

Locking adult content (parental controls)

Turn on parental controls in Settings and register a PIN. Adult content is then locked and cannot be opened without the PIN.

Premium subscription

Premium benefits
  • An ad-free viewing experience
  • Cloud sync for portals, watch history, and settings
  • Up to 5 devices on one subscription

You can start with a 30-day free trial — no payment method required.

Managing or canceling your subscription

Subscriptions and billing are managed directly by Google Play or the App Store.

  1. Open the Play Store or App Store app on your device.
  2. Find TV onair+ mobile in the subscriptions menu.
  3. Manage or cancel your subscription there.

After canceling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Troubleshooting

My portal won't connect

Most connection problems come from mismatched portal details. Check in this order:

  1. Check the host address for typos (missing http/https, stray spaces).
  2. Re-enter your username and password.
  3. Check your device's internet connection.
  4. Ask your IPTV provider about maintenance or outages on their side.

TV onair+ does not issue channels or access rights itself, so account and entitlement questions must go to your IPTV provider (portal).

Playback keeps buffering
  • Try a wired connection or move closer to your router.
  • If other devices are streaming at the same time, pause them and try again.
  • If only one channel buffers, that stream may be unstable — try again later or ask your IPTV provider.
Deleting your account and stored data

In the app, go to Settings → User Info → Manage Account and choose to delete your account. This removes your stored portal credentials and account record from our servers.

Data stored only on your device (watch history, preferences) is removed by uninstalling the app or resetting the device.
